BitterMinion Development is the product of one code monkey’s irrepressible creative libido. Stuck in a dead-end VBA development job, doomed to toil endlessly in Excel’s rows and columns, forever tweaking formulas and cell formatting and user defined functions, I was a bitter little minion. (Get it?) Finally in January 2010, armed with a 1700 page C# reference book, I jumped ship and set out to build the kind of software you can’t make with VBA and Excel. This website began as a portfolio for the little software trinkets I’ve created and it has remained one of my favorite hobbies. These days I develop C# WinForms applications in Houston, Texas and develop software for this site (along with the site itself) in my spare time. My only regret is not jumping ship sooner. :)
